Acceptable Use Policy
Customer-supplied wording gives useful creative control, but Markwell will not manufacture unlawful, infringing or unsafe content.
Rights in submitted content
You must own or have permission to use every name, phrase, image reference or other content submitted. Do not submit registered marks, copyrighted creative material, a person's private details or misleading claims without lawful authority.
Prohibited content
We reject content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, deceptive, privacy-invasive, defamatory, infringing, or intended to facilitate harm. We may ask for evidence of permission where ownership is unclear.
No statutory safety signage
Products are not certified traffic, fire, emergency, evacuation, accessibility, hazard, workplace compliance or other legally mandated signs. Do not order or use them where a regulated sign, certified material, prescribed colour, luminance or installation method is required.
Review, refusal and refund
Automated checks may flag wording for human review. We may pause an order, request clarification, refuse manufacturing and refund the affected item when content breaches this policy or exposes another person to risk. We do not promise to detect every violation; responsibility remains with the submitter.
Reporting concerns
Send a content concern to support@signrighthighe.shop with the product or order reference and a clear explanation. We assess reports fairly and may preserve records when required for legal claims.
