Shipping & Delivery Policy

Each product page states its production lead time, generally 2–10 business days depending on material and bundle complexity. Production begins only after required wording is complete and any requested proof is approved. Large batch quotes receive a written schedule.

We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Standard tracked shipping is $9; orders of $60 or more receive free standard shipping. Membership benefits may provide free shipping without a minimum.

Typical tracked transit after dispatch is 2–5 business days within the United Kingdom, 5–10 business days to Europe, and 7–15 business days to other served destinations. Remote areas, customs and peak periods can take longer. Tracking is sent when the carrier accepts the parcel.

Cross-border recipients are responsible for local duties, import taxes and handling charges unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Customs may request recipient information. Refusing a parcel does not automatically create a refund for personalised goods.

Check the delivery address before payment. Contact us immediately if it is wrong; changes are not always possible after label creation. Re-dispatch caused by an incomplete or incorrect customer address may require an additional USD shipping payment.

If tracking has not moved beyond the carrier's published window, or packaging arrives damaged, contact support@signrighthighe.shop. Keep all packaging and provide photos so we can open a carrier claim and arrange replacement or refund where appropriate.
