Check spelling, punctuation, capitalisation and delivery details before checkout. Product pages show character limits, material choices, sizes and production time. If a requested proof is part of the order, approve it before cutting begins.

Clean, dry and test the surface first. Adhesive pads need a flat, sound, non-porous surface and cannot compensate for loose paint, textured render or moisture. Standing bases need a level surface beyond children's reach. Products are not statutory safety signs.

Production normally takes 2–10 business days as stated on each item. Tracking is emailed after carrier acceptance. International customs can add time and may charge the recipient duties or import fees.

Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the whole item, shipping label and affected area. Contact us with the order email within 14 days where reasonably possible so we can arrange replacement or refund under the Returns Policy.
